Once you book your package or singular items for an event, we’ll reach out to confirm details like location, theme, colors, and add-ons. We’ll finalize your package and schedule your setup time. 50% deposit is required to get on our schedule. The other 50% due before set up.

Our team arrives on-site early to unload, set up, and fully style your rental, making sure it’s where you want it and how you want it. We will discuss when professional take down will be.

Once your event ends, we return to quietly pack up, clean the area, and remove all rental items. No mess left behind — just great memories!
