Example Party Timeline

From booking to breakdown, we make the process smooth, clear, and enjoyable. Here’s exactly how your event day will go when you book with Fikes Party Favors

  1. Booking & Customization: a week or more prior to event

    Once you book your package or singular items for event, we’ll reach out to confirm details like location, theme, colors, and add-ons. We’ll finalize your package and schedule your setup time. 50% deposit is required to get on our schedule. The other 50% due before Set up. With a professional invoice and easy pay options.

  2. Final Confirmation: 3 Days Before Event

    We’ll send you a final confirmation of all details including arrival time, weather plans (if outdoors), and confirm any last minute details if needed.

  3. Arrival & Setup: 1–2 Hours Before Event

    Our team arrives on-site early to unload, set up, and fully style your purchase. Making sure its where you want it and how you want it. we will discuss when professional take down will be.

  4. Takedown & Cleanup: After the Event Ends

    Once your event ends, we return to quietly pack up, clean the area, and remove all rental items. No mess left behind — just great memories.

Fikes Party Favors started with a simple dream in a marriage and a whole lot of heart. With three young kids and a shared determination to build something of our own, we knew we wanted to create a business that would bring joy to others and make our community smile. What better way to do that than by helping people celebrate life’s happiest moments?

From birthdays and baby showers to weddings and community events, we pour love and care into every favor and decoration we create. Our mission is to make every party feel special, memorable, and full of personality, because the small details truly make the biggest difference.

Do you deliver and set up everything?
  • Yes — every package includes full setup, styling, and breakdown. Some of our grab and go options like stacks.columns, grab n go garland, tables and chairs

  • Can be picked up on request.

Can I customize a package?
  • Absolutely! We can change colors of backdrops, balloons, do any type of add ons or take things out and add things in! Don't see your package you want? Tell us what you are wanting and we can work bundle prices too.

Is there an order min.?
  1. Nope!! From our smallest to our largest order get what you want how you want it!

How far in advance should I book?
  • We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for holidays. To get the date you want but if it’s available and we can swing it we will make it happen for you! Feel free to message us and ask for last min. Options.
